No. You can order as a guest, with email (order mails as usual) or anonymously (order number and access code, no mails). An account with email and password keeps your orders in one place.

Crypto or cash on delivery. For crypto you paste the transaction ID into your order after sending, confirmation is automatic. Cash on delivery means you pay the courier; it is available in the countries the checkout shows.

Without payment we close the order on our own after 7 days.

What is on the shelf leaves within 48 hours after payment, tracked. Delivery in Germany usually takes 1 to 2 business days after that.

EU countries only. Not to Switzerland, the UK or Norway.

A flat fee per order: Germany 10 euros, other EU countries 20 euros.

Inside the EU there are no customs checks, which is why we ship there only.

The delivery address is encrypted when the parcel ships and fully deleted 14 days after delivery, together with the tracking number. After that, no claims can be made for this delivery. From delivery on you can also delete it yourself right away in the order details.
